Forever...

They say that forever is a mighty long time. Imagine as we look for the new life in eternity what are you expecting to find? If your negative here will you suddenly be positive there? If your internal speech is not nice, will it suddenly become better? In eternity will you not be you anymore? If your prone to anger and bitterness, will you be sweet and forgiving in the afterlife? Again I ask will you not be you anymore?

They also say we learn by repetition the more we practice the better we get at that which we are practicing. If you learn a new word everyday will it make you a most effective communicator? People like to listen to people they think are smarter than they are. Also if you have all the human credentials it gives you creditability that you know what you're talking about. Right?

Was Gideon a great man of valour before the angel came along and called him that? How about Moses was he good with a crowd? Or Joseph did he understand his own dreams that made his brothers jealous thereby effecting his being sold into slavery? Did Jacob really wrestle with God all that time? Are you wrestling with God? Can you really find God in a book or does he live in the least of us? Should we CAPITALIZE the "G" when we spell god? Is God higher than your highest thought?

Asking questions is natural and everyone does it and I believe that is why we have so much denominational divergence. Because we question what others are trying to establish as tradition. Would you follow someone just because rote tradition says you must? What is rote tradition anyway? Does god or God support rampant denominational divergence among believers?

Are you practicing love everyday? Will you be perfected in love by the final day or will you attempt to make an excuse? Do you love that which you cant see more than that which you can see? People for example you can see, God you cannot...

May...

The Lord bless and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up his countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

You Have Been Warned
The prophet has already warned us that we should be careful not to think that God has any form or likeness, saying: “Watch yourselves most carefully, since you saw no image” (Devarim 4:15); “But you saw no image – there was only a voice” (ibid. 4:12). “Watch yourselves…..carefully” means: be careful – in your thinking and imagination – not to represent the Creator by any shape, nor to conceive of Him in any image or likeness, for your eyes beheld neither image nor form when He spoke to you, as it says: “To whom, then, will you liken the Almighty? What likeness will you compare to Him?” (Yeshayahu 40:18); “To whom, then, will you liken Me, that I should compare to?’ says the Holy One” (ibid. 40:25); For who in the skies can be compared to God? Who is like God among the heavenly beings?” (Tehillim 89:7); “There is none like You among the gods, HaShem, nor are there works like Yours” (ibid. 86:8); and there are many similar passages.
